First, back over to you: as a project manager, you are a professional who advises organizations on business issues. This can be at different levels within a company. At the management level or at the operational level within a specific team or department. The ultimate goal is always to help company employees improve tasks, processes and results permanently and sustainably. This may involve IT issues or strategic advice to management. You turn all these issues into a solution with ODOO, our latest software program.

Specifically, these will be your duties:

    • You thoroughly analyze your client's business processes and identify how they can be integrated into Odoo
    • After this phase, the project starts which is completely managed by you (assembling team, importing data, installing and configuring the software, mapping customization, budget follow-up, go-live, etc.)
    • During the project phase you are always in close contact with the customer, your colleagues and the sales department
    • You will guide the customer through education, training and you will provide documentation & workflows so that the changeover goes easy as well as smoothly
    • Afterwards, the customer can always contact you for technical support

  • Knowledge of software and more specifically the ERP package ODOO are definitely an asset.
  • Knowledge of languages: your customers are Dutch-speaking so if you speak this as well we will go a long way. If you can supplement this with some English and French: great!
  • As a project lead, you work well independently without forgetting your team.
  • You always think along with the customer: flexibility and creativity are indispensable qualities.
  • You communicate easily at different levels (from CEO to end user) and always with a commercial attitude.
  • You have enthusiasm with heaps and tons of drive to tackle this job.
