We are looking for an account manager who, in addition to managing the existing customer portfolio, will also look for new opportunities. Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers is right up your alley and you will form a natural link between Sofatech and its external stakeholders.  

This is what your duties will look like:

  • You actively work on your customer portfolio, introducing Sofatech to prospects, listening to their needs and making a clear needs analysis based on a good conversation. In this, you know how to articulate the needs and pain points of the organization to your colleagues.
  • In an ever-evolving IT world, you follow the trends closely.
  • You will work closely with our Infra and Software team. Together you will create a time frame and delivery terms.
  • The executed project, the service contract, the policy plan, ... everything is closely monitored by you, you are always aware of the state of affairs.
  • At specific events & trade shows, we can see you networking extensively.

This is you:

  • You have relevant sales experience
  • We are looking for someone with a real start-up mentality: an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You like to think innovatively and are a barrel of buzzing ideas.
  • Of course you have a business mindset and are bitten by targets: pressure keeps you going!
